By creating a Quickmatch account, downloading, accessing, or using the Quickmatch mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or create an account on Quickmatch. By registering, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian Law (including the Indian Contract Act, 1872).
You have never been convicted of a felony or registrable sex offense.
You will comply with all local, state, national, and international laws while using the platform.
Registration: You may register via mobile number, email, or third-party authentication services. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials. You must immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach to support@quickmatch.in
Quickmatch maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, illegal, or malicious behavior. You agree NOT to:
Post, transmit, or stream any content that is obscene, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, racist, or incites violence.
Harass, stalk, intimidate, or exploit any user on the platform.
Solicit money, financial assistance, or passwords from other users.
Use the Service for commercial solicitation, prostitution, human trafficking, or unauthorized marketing.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations.
Record, screenshot, or distribute live video chats or private conversations of other users without explicit written consent.
Coins, Diamonds & Currency Bundles: Quickmatch offers virtual items ("Coins", "Diamonds", "Gift Bundles") for purchase using real currency. Virtual goods represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access specific premium features.
No Cash Value: Virtual items have no monetary value outside the app and cannot be redeemed for legal tender, transferred, or assigned to other accounts.
Pricing & Modifications: Pricing for bundles and virtual items may change at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or App Store/Google Play Store policies.
NovaDate LLp reserves the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the community or platform integrity.
Quickmatch ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).
Profile Information: Name, age, gender, date of birth, photographs, biography, sexual orientation, and matching preferences.
Communication Data: In-app text messages, voice notes, virtual gift logs, and interactive metadata.
Live Streaming & Video Chat Data: RTC session tokens, call durations, connection logs, and technical telemetry required to establish real-time video/audio connections (powered by third-party SDK providers like Agora).
Location Data: Coarse or precise geographic location data based on your device permissions to facilitate proximity-based matching.
Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system (e.g., Android, iOS), unique device identifiers, app crashes, and usage telemetry.
To operate, maintain, and provide core matchmaking, live chat, and virtual video interaction features.
To process transactions, billing, and manage your virtual wallet/bundles.
To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, spam, fake profiles, and unauthorized platform access.
To enforce our Terms & Conditions and fulfill legal obligations under Indian law.
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:
Service Providers: Cloud storage partners, payment gateways, customer support tools, and real-time audio/video infrastructure vendors.
Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental mandate under applicable Indian statutes.
We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion at any time via in-app settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public view, and data will be permanently purged or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated.
